This was a nice opportunity to use some Jalapeno-infused tequila that we set up during the beginning of stream. It was also my chance to try Tajin seasoning for the first time, and that stuff is like a really sour Taki. It's a nice precursor to next week's cocktail stream where it'll be spice, Spice, SPICE

Jalapeño Margarita

Rim a Margarita glass with Tajín seasoning
1 oz (30ml) Agave Syrup
2 oz (59ml) Jalapeño-Infused Tequila *
1 oz (30ml) Lemon Juice

Method: Shake & Strain

Garnish: Jalapeño Slices on the Rim
