According to the interwebs, there are 4 trademarked cocktails: The Dark 'n' Stormy (also covered during this stream), The Sazerac, The Hand Grenade, and the Painkiller.

The Painkiller is a the drink of Pusser's rum, a rum that claims to have a history dating alllll the way back to the days of the sailors in the British Navy. They say that the sailors would be paid with a bit of rum to keep the spirits up. However, that trend ended when the world started getting less fun on the open seas 😦

I was blown away when I tried Pusser's for the first time the other day. It was the first time that I had a rum that had such potent caramel and toffee notes. The combination of the pineapple, coconut, and OJ in a painkiller was something out of this world. The texture is delightful, it's incredibly refreshing, and it has that fruity brightness that I feel characterizes many of my own favorite tiki drinks (which also include Mai Tais and Fog Cutters).
